We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enrolled Agent to lead our tax preparation department. You will be replacing a CPA who has already built the department. You will have an assistant whos been maintaining the systems within the department for over 2 years. This role requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and EServices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the tax preparation team to ensure highquality tax services.
Review and prepare individual and business tax returns.
Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients to optimize their financial situations.
State and Federal Audits
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local tax regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Handle and resolve client inquiries and taxrelated issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain records and data within CRM
Meet with department heads regularly to ensure alignment
Qualifications:
Active Enrolled Agent status with extensive experience in tax preparation.
Active PTIN
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a tax team.
Strong understanding of tax code and ability to interpret complex tax situations.
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual/Fluent Spanish (REQUIRED)
