About the Role:
Nandail Property Management is seeking an experienced and versatile General Handyman to join our team in Allentown,PA. This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across both residential and commercial properties. Key responsibilities will include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep of various facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and ad-hoc repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
• Willing to travel around 50 miles radius from home location.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests
• Ensure all work areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of property maintenance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman, with a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
• Reliable transportation and possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Must have basic tools for work
• Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
