POSITION SUMMARY:

Compass Resorts is seeking a hands on, enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and high level experience by maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our linens, towels, and other laundry items. You will collaborate with our operations team, executing your tasks efficiently , sorting and organizing items, operating laundry equipment, and ensuring our linens greet our guests with nothing less than an exceptional standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load and unload bins into laundry trucks
• Load and unload laundry machines.
• Able to lift 40 lbs 
• Organize, sort and fold clean laundry as instructed.
• Operate commercial laundry equipment
• Follow proper procedures for washing, drying, and ironing
• Ensure the work area stays clean and organized
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocol
• Maintain an upbeat attitude , contributing to a positive atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to lift and move very heavy items, physical stamina to stand for long periods of time 
• Able to lift 40 lbs 
• Must have a valid driver's license 
• Previous experience is preferred but not required 
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $18 - $19.50 per hour based on experience and achievement

Bonus: Annual bonuses awarded to select employees based on performance and merit.

Schedule:   

• Full time, 5 days a week with weekend availability required
