We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Legal Assistant in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance sector. This position is based in Dallas, Texas, and will involve a blend of remote and onsite work, with flexibility in selected days and hours.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word to efficiently build and manage files.
• Handle client relations and communication, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
• Operate and manage case management software to keep track of all cases.
• Oversee billing functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use DocuSign for electronic signature gathering and document management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.• Proficiency in Aderant, a popular legal practice management software
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat for document management and editing
• Familiarity with Case Management Software to manage, track, and resolve legal cases
• Ability to handle billing functions effectively and accurately
• Strong skills in Calendar Management ensuring smooth scheduling and rescheduling of tasks and appointments
• Excellent Client Relations skills to maintain and build strong relationships with clients
• Outstanding Communication abilities, both oral and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for drafting and editing legal documents
