The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring that residents, visitors and staff are promptly greeted and oversees day to day functions of the front office

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Greets residents and resident's family promptly and professionally.
  • Ensures residents are registered and triaged in accordance with policy
  • Ensures calls are made with regard to resident referrals for continued care.
  • Responds easily to routine requests for information.
  • Maintain resident confidentiality.
  • Maintain HIPPAA compliance.
  • Monitor waiting area.
  • Monitor fax and incoming mail.
  • Ensure daily morning tasks are completed.
  • Cooperates and communicates professionally with all staff members and physicians.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Boerne, TX 78006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Ability to work independently and have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Dependable.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must possess honesty, integrity, and accountability.
