Job Description
- Software Test Analyst Resources are responsible for validating the full functionality of systems interoperability with databases and horizontal and vertical integration with other interfaced systems (end to end).
- They develop test cases (both manual and automated) ensuring traceability to User Story acceptance criteria executing test plans compiling test results and providing support to the clients testers as needed.
- Software Test Analyst Resources do not access Federal Tax Information.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications (Mandatory):
- An Associate s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Over 5 years experience supporting IT system development
- Formal education in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience:
- Bachelors degree: 1 year
- Masters degree: 2 years
- Responsible for developing and executing test scripts documents test results.
- Completing multiple phases of test including system regression and user acceptance testing.
- In providing quality assurance support to the development maintenance or enhancement of systems through testing problem reporting and analysis and participation in system implementation.
- Execution of Automation scripts for Mobile Website UI and web services.
- Analyzing system requirements creating test data and test plans to ensure that new and revised systems meet the customers needs.
- Experience with SDLC waterfall and Agile systems development.
- Knowledge of best practices for software testing methodology and techniques.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for testing software.
- Experience with Issue and Project tracking tools (e.g. JIRA) and automated software test tracking tools.

- Ability to understand complex system functionality.
- Excellent written oral and presentation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts.
