Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electronic and mechanical assembly .

• Experience using a soldering gun for assembly tasks.

• Strong oral and written communication skills in a team environment.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more without assistance.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical mindset.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and assembly documents .

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, schematics , and other documentation to assemble electronic and mechanical parts.

• Position parts and sub-assemblies using templates or by reading measurements.

• Report assembly, equipment, material, and/or quality issues to the Manager for resolution and additional support.

• Complete preventive maintenance tasks as per scheduled instructions.

• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following all PPE procedures and company regulations.

• Document production and quality actions by completing required forms.

• Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks or rotating through various jobs as needed.

• Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures at all times.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
